Humor and Attitude Dominate i. karumbah Corporate Training Scripts

Orlando, Florida – December 3, 2007 – Corporate training videos aren’t what they used to be. They’re a lot more fun.

So says Renne Leatto, President and Head Writer at i. karumbah Corporation.

In 2007, i. karumbah accepted the challenge to create several employee training video scripts and make them so entertaining, employees will want to watch.

“Corporate trainers need to reach a younger, more media savvy – and more easily bored – white collar workforce,” says Leatto. “The days of herding office workers into a room where they watch training video tapes or DVDs as a captive audience are gone. Now it’s all on-demand, at individual work stations. If the workers are bored, they won’t watch, even if it’s a job requirement. They can just play the training program with the sound off and do other things.”

To hold viewer attention, i. karumbah blended training points into entertaining formats based on popular TV shows, like The Office and No Reservations. Stylish interactive segues engage the viewers and compel them to respond before going on to the next video segment.

“Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 company, uses the on-demand videos to train more than 30,000 employees nationwide, with no distribution costs other than their server,” says Leatto. “The response has been great – both from executives who need to ensure employee training and from the employees, who enjoy the show. We plan to do many more entertainment-based training videos in the future.”
