Description: The combination product, a 44-minute instructional DVD video and 28-page workbook—branded by i. karumbah as Real Payday Loan Help—offers genuine, workable strategies for breaking free of the vicious cycle of payday loan debt. For this complex project, we wrote the script for the 44-minute DVD (produced by Skystorm productions) and wrote and designed the 28-page instructional Workbook which accompanies the DVD. But even before creating those products, we researched and designed the financial calculation forms and workflow of the system so that its intended audience—low income borrowers trapped in an endless cycle of payday loans—could understand and use it. We even wrote the 2-minute direct response sales script for the infomercial used to sell this successful information product.
Family Medical DVD Series

Description: We developed and wrote this two-hour, direct-to-consumer DVD product for worldwide distribution. We performed the research, designed the creative concept and information flow, and wrote the video scripts. We also secured a world-renowned medical expert to consult on the content, negotiated the terms of his contract with the client, and incorporated his advice.

Our slapstick comedy romp through SeaWorld’s flagship park in Orlando became the best-selling park souvenir video in SeaWorld/ Busch Entertainment history. A big hit with kids, many parents report that it's their children's favorite video.

Description: We wrote, directed, and produced this 25-minute souvenir video for sale to guests of Discovery Cove, SeaWorld’s premier, swim-with-dolphins park. We created two alternate endings — one designed to receive customized footage, showing the guest swimming with dolphins. We also designed the video’s retail display sleeve, wrote the copy, supervised the print production process, and coordinated the video duplication.
